中国异质性企业国际化经营的制约因素及对策分析

An Analysis on the International Operation Constraints and Countermeasures of Chinese Heterogeneous Enterprises

改革开放三十年来,中国异质性企业在参与国际化经营中显著提高了其层次和规模,无论是参与出口贸易还是进行FDI都在迅猛发展。然而,无论是在企业内部还是企业外部依然还有阻碍中国企业进行国际化经营发展的因素,企业在参与国际化经营中不断提高和改善企业生产率和经营管理能力,加大科技投入,同时也需要国内社会共同营造一个良好的外部环境,为"走出去"的企业提供必要的条件。

In the past three decades of reform and opening up, China heterogeneous enterprises involved in internationa l operations significantly improved its level and scale both were involved in the export trade or FDI in rapid development.However, whether in-house or outside the enterprise still have hindered Chinese companies factor in international business development, enterprises continue to enhance and improve business productivity and management capabilities to participate in international operations, and investments in technology, but also need civil society to jointly create a favorable external environment, thus providing the necessary conditions for the ＂going-out＂ of the enterprise.
