患者,女,29岁。因＂发热半天＂于2014-07某日夜间8时许来我院发热门诊就诊。患者于当日下午出现发热、咽痛伴全身酸痛乏力,无咳嗽、咳痰,无胸闷心悸胸痛,无腹痛,无吐泻,无尿频、尿急、尿痛等不适。查体：BP 100/70 mmHg（1 mmHg=0.133kPa）,T 39.5℃,体型中等,神志清、呼吸平稳,口唇无发绀,
The diagnosis of status thymicolymphaticus is difficult and usually confirmed after the sudden death of patients.Early detection of high-risk groups is the problems to be solved currently.In this paper,one case with status thymicolymphaticus died was reported with autopsy results.The characteristics associated with this case was described carefully to improve the understanding of status thymicolymphaticus.
