基于复合梁试验的桥面双层SMA铺装方案探讨

Research on double-layer SMA bridge deck paving program based on composite beam test

针对目前没有明确的桥面铺装层结构设计方法,工程中桥面铺装结构的选择主要依靠参考相关工程实例或根据设计者的经验,存在一定的随意性,为此通过双层SMA混合料配合比性能验证、复合梁试验研究、防水黏结层材料比选,提出了双层SMA铺装方案,并通过现场验证,可为桥面铺装层病害处治对策提供一定的技术借鉴。

As current specification does not have explicitly deck pavement structural design methods,deck structure selection rely mainly on the reference of relevant engineering or designer's experience,and it is arbitrariness.The double-layer SMA paving program was put forward by mixture performance verification tests,composite beam tests,and waterproof adhesive layer material selection.On-site verification was conducted and it can provide technical reference for bridge deck pavement disease treatment.
