新型高品质过瘤胃蛋白质对荷斯坦奶牛泌乳性能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 本文旨在研究新型高品质过瘤胃蛋白质(BIO-PASS?)对奶牛泌乳性能的影响,为BIO-PASS?在奶牛生产上的应用提供理论依据和技术参考。选择100头体况良好的经产荷斯坦奶牛作为试验动物。试验地点位于河北张家口长城乳业。采用随机区组设计,将100头奶牛随机分成2组,每组50头。处理组分别为对照组(常规豆粕)、BIO-PASS?组(100%替代日粮配方中的常规豆粕)。试验结果:从试验第2天至第11天,饲喂普通豆粕的奶牛平均产奶量为25.85 kg/天,饲喂BIOPASS?的奶牛平均产奶量为27.99 kg/天,每头牛每天平均增产2.14 kg。此外,饲喂BIO-PASS?可显著提高牛奶中的乳蛋白率、乳脂率及乳糖含量(P<0.05);饲喂BIO-PASS?与饲喂普通豆粕相比较,乳蛋白率水平从3.04%增至3.11%;乳脂肪率水平从3.50%增至3.84%。结果表明,用于本试验的新型高品质过瘤胃蛋白质产品可以较好地被奶牛消化吸收,并且改善了奶牛小肠氨基酸的平衡状况,进而提高奶牛体内氨基酸的利用率,改善奶牛的泌乳性能。
