摘要
现代性带来的诸多深刻影响让我们重新审视教师职业价值颠覆的成因与影响。柏拉图洞穴之喻是整个现代社会的情景投射,哲学王走出洞穴时灵魂上升的沉重反应了现代教育者自身成长的不完善,随后哲学王对于是否下降至洞穴的犹疑映照了教育者从"业余者"到"职业者"职业动机的转变,而哲学王下降至洞穴后灵魂出现隐匿则是因为自由、平等等意识的觉醒使他们的教学活动面临新的挑战。现代社会的复杂性对于教育者提出了更高的要求,因而在强调提升教育者自身教学技能的同时,应当注重对于教育者灵魂的引导和内在精神的培养,如此他们在多变的"洞穴"中才能做出正确的价值选择。
The profound influence of the modernity urges us reexamine the causes and effects of the overturn subversion of teachers' professional value. Plato' s cave metaphor reflects the modern society; when King Philosophy went out the cave, his soul, rising heavily, mirrored the imperfection of modern educators; The King Philosophy' s hesitation of going back to the cave reflected the change of educator~ motivation from "amateurs" to "professional" ; after back to cave, his soul bided due to the sense of freedom and equality. All of these make educator' s teaching face new challenges. The complexity of modern society puts forward higher requirements for educators, thus as we emphasize the educators teaching skills, we should pay attention to the guidance and cultivation of the educator' s inner spirit and soul. Only in this way can they make right choices in the changeable "cave".
