摘要
发展性教学评价以"以人为本、多元评价、注重过程、促进发展"为基本理念,以诊断教学问题、优化教学行为、提高教学质量、促进师生发展为基本目的,以发展性、教育性、协同性、主体性、实践性和先进性为基本特征。发展性教学评价着眼于"现实"、定位于"发展"、指向于"未来",包括发展性教师分级评价、发展性学生分层评价、发展性课堂分科评价,均以"等级+评语+建议"为呈现方式。教育现代技术与发展性教学评价的有机结合,势必会增强发展性教学评价的"诊断"功能,成为引领并促进师生共同发展的有效途径。
The developmental teaching evaluation has adhered to the basic concept of being human-oriented,diverse evaluation,process-oriented and promoting the development.It has also taken the diagnostic teaching issue,optimizing the teaching behavior,improving the teaching quality and promoting the mutual development of teacher and student as the basic goal.It has the basic feature of being developmental,educative,collaborative,subjective,practical and progressive.The developmental teaching evaluation is based on the reality,targeted at the development as well as points to the future.It has consisted of the developmental teaching grading evaluation,development student grouping evaluation and development disciplinary course evaluation.The developmental teaching evaluation can be exhibited in the form of the grade,evaluation and recommendation.The coherent integration of modern education technology and developmental teaching evaluation will necessarily strengthen the diagnostic function of developmental teaching evaluation and also emerge as an effective means of leading and promoting the mutual development of teacher and student.
