摘要
英语教师、英语语言和环境构成英语教学生态共同体,各构成要素间共生互补,能动发展。环境与整个教学相互依存,影响教师的专业发展,英语教师利用环境因素,积淀英语知识,实现自身的发展,反过来也积极构建环境因素。大学英语教师在顺应改革中,要通过专门用途英语的学习做好专业发展规划,将大生态视角与微观生态视角科学结合,培养具有世界眼光和国际竞争能力的专业优秀人才。
English teachers,the language of English,and environment,these three elements,which co-exist,compensate reciprocally,and develop dynamically,constitute the ecological community of English teaching.Environment and teaching as a whole depends on each other,and affects the professional development of teachers.English teachers utilize the element of environment to acquire knowledge of English to realize personal development,in return,to construct environment actively.English teachers in colleges and universities should adapt themselves to reforms,meanwhile,they should plan their professional development well through the study of English for special purposes,and scientifically combine together the macro-ecological perspective and micro-ecological perspective to foster excellent professional talent with global insight and international competitive power.
