摘要
心理拓展训练作为一种"先行后知"的教育方式,越来越受到教育界的青睐。心理拓展训练价值作为学校心理拓展训练理论中的基本命题,直接关系到其存在的正当性问题,也是关系到从心理拓训练理论过渡到实践的重要桥梁和纽带。鉴于此,本研究以"价值教育"为导向,以"体验式教育"为理论支撑,对心理拓展训练价值进行了总结与探索性研究,认为心理拓展训练的价值主要体现在激发受教育者潜能,改善受教育者心智模式以及凝聚受教育者团队精神。
As an education method of "practice takes the priority to knowledge", the psychological outward-bound training has become more and more popular in the educational circles. The value of the outward-bound, as the basic proposition of the theory of the school outward bound, is not only direct- ly related to the legitimacy o~ its existence but also directly related to the transition from outward- bound theory to practice. In view of this, the study views the "Values of education" theory as its guide, puts the "experiential education" as its basic theory, and does a summary and exploratory re- search on the value of the psychological outward-bound training, then this paper argued that the value of the outward-bound is to stimulate individual potential, improve mental models and condense team spirit.
