A Study of Training Primary All-round Teachers' Professional Qualities in Teachers Colleges

目前,基础教育改革和高师院校转型的浪潮使高校培养小学全科教师这类应用复合型人才成为新时期人才培养工作的必然选择,小学全科教师的培养工作势在必行。本文依据《专业标准》的要求,对教师的专业素养结构、培养标准及其培养的新走向进行了分析研究,为高校培养小学全科教师提供参考。

Currently, the wave of the basic education reform and restructuring of normal universities makes training primary all-round teachers who belong to the compound and applied talents become an inevitable choice in the new era. The work of training primary all-round teachers becomes imperative. According to the requirement of the ＂Professional standards＂, this article analyzed the structure of teachers＂ professional qualities, the training standards, and the new training trend to provide a refer- ence for training primary all-round teachers in colleges and Universities.
