摘要
本研究以山东某高校40名选修职业生涯指导课程的大学生为实验组,进行了8次16个课时的课程干预指导;一个自然班为对照组,使用职业成熟度量表实施了前测和后测。研究结果表明,职业生涯指导课程对于提升大学生的职业成熟度有显著作用。据此,本文并提出了提升生涯指导课程效果的建议。
This study used 40 college students who took the vocational guidance course and accepted 16 hours intervention lasted 8 weeks as the experimental group, and used a natural class for the control group. Subjects of the experimental group and control group were asked to fill in the questionnaire of career maturity in pre and post test. The results showed that curriculum intervention has a significant effect on improving college students" career maturity. Accordingly, this paper put forward suggestions to enhance the effect of career curriculum.
