摘要
伴随2013年席卷全国的"去英语化"高考英语学科考核改革的推进,高考英语学科陷入尴尬的境地。在此背景下,大学英语教师的专业发展路径必须有所革新,为此提出以下建议:建立终身学习型大学英语教师团队,互助协同发展;开展合理的行动研究,探索大学英语教师具有可操作性的专业发展途径;倡导大学英语教师专业认同,整合大学英语自主学习理论。
With 2013 the whole country "Reducation English" about English examination reform for college entrance examination, college English was put in an awkward position. Under this back- ground, professional development path for university English teachers must be matched the change. We put forward that the first is to establish the lifelong learning university English teacher team, mu- tual coordination development~ the second is to carry out reasonable way to implement the university English teachers" professional development operation; the third is to advocate the university English teachers" professional identity, theory of independent the integration of university English learning.
