摘要
在积累的社会结构学派的理论框架中,国家、制度和阶级是劳动力市场分割形成、发展与演变的三个决定力量。而中国劳动力市场形成的历史特殊性,使其表现为发展战略选择、制度约束与阶层分化。其中,国家通过选择发展战略,决定劳动力市场依存的制度体系;制度体系通过其约束力在劳动力市场形成分割;分割对劳动者不断地分化重组,形成代表不同利益群体的社会阶层;阶层分化又通过制度变迁对分割施加反作用。
State,institution and class are three determinants in the formation,promotion as well as evolution process of labor market segmentation under the framework forwarded by School of Social Structure of Accumulation. These determinants are presented as choices of development strategies,institutional constraints,and stratification because of the historical particularities in the formation of Chinese labor market. The mechanisms among them are: development strategies which are chosen by the state,determine the institutional systems that labor market relies on; segmentation in the labor market is made by the institutional system through its constraint power; the laborers are divided and regrouped by the segmentation,constitute hierarchies that represents different interest groups; social stratification react on the segmentation through institutional changes.
