摘要
神华准能集团黑岱沟露天煤矿使用的16G平路机,在运行10 000 h左右制动系统会产生故障,导致刹车片加速磨损甚至会出现导致轮边总成的损坏;由于天气变冷导致先导管路中的气压不能完全排除及个别元件故障,使控制阀不能及时回位造成的。利用三通接头、电控二位二通单向阀防止轮边制动非制动时气压残余,及时将轮边制动内的残余气压排出,防止损坏轮边制动总成,延长其使用寿命。
After operating about 10 000 hours, 16 G grader brake system can emerge fault which leads to brake accelerated wear and damages wheel assembly. As the weather turns cold, pressure in the pilot line cannot be completely excluded and individual component of pilot line emerges failures, causing control valve not to be timely returned. Using three pass joint and electric control two position two way check valve to prevent wheel side pressure residual when brake or non-brake, the residual pressure of wheel side brake is discharged in order to prevent the damage of wheel side brake assembly and prolong its service life.
