从推进露天矿实现绿色发展角度出发,对露天矿生产和建设过程中注重土地资源价值合理规划物流方向,减少露天矿外排土场占地面积,以及调整外排土场发展方式,加快复垦绿化进程等进行了探讨。
From promoting open-pit mine to realize green development angle, the article discusses on paying attention to land resources value and rationally planning logistics direction, reducing the external dump covered area, adjusting the external dump development mode and speeding up the reclamation greening process.
