摘要
利用金相分析、扫描电镜等对EH36船板拉伸断口裂纹的原因进行了分析。结果表明:该船板拉伸断口裂纹与中心疏松、中心偏析、硫化物夹杂以及偏析带过冷组织密切相关,并提出了相应的改善措施。
Combining with metallographic analysis and SEM analysis,the causes of fracture crack during tensile test of EH36 ship plate were analyzed. The results showed that the fracture crack during tensile test was closely related to central porosity,central segregation,sulfide inclusion and abnormal microstructure. The corresponding improvement measures were pointed out.
