摘要
研究了低钼含铌新型耐火钢的高温力学性能和显微组织。研究发现,新型耐火钢不仅满足建筑用钢的要求,并且具有良好的高温性能。分析结果表明,针状铁素体和贝氏体的混合组织具有优异的热稳定性,Nb在钢中对高温性能的作用分为变形阶级的钉扎位错作用和升温阶段的析出强化作用。
The micro structure and mechanical properties of new-generation Low Mo and fire-resistant steels are investigated. The study shows that the fire-resistant steel not only meets the requirements of building steel,but also has good elevated temperature property. The results indicate that acicular ferrite and granular bainite mixed structure has good thermal stability. Effect of Nb on elevated temperature property is divided into two stages. One is the pinning effect in rolling process and the other is the precipitation strengthening effect in heating process.
