摘要
虽然近年来南钢员工收入有了较大幅度的提升,但是员工的幸福感和归宿感并没有同步提升。员工对企业发展前景并不关注,很多员工缺少企业主人翁精神。当前南钢应深思如何能够提升员工归宿感和幸福感,增强企业向心力,让更多员工发自内心地回归南钢大家庭。
Recently the employees' incomes have been increased greatly,but their sense of happiness and belonging haven't got promoted at the same time. Some employees don't pay attention to the development of enterprise and they are lack of master spirit. It is the high time for the leaders to think over how to promote employees' sense of belonging and happiness and to enhance the centripetal force of enterprise,which makes more employees return to the large family with sincere sentiment.
