摘要
目的探讨技能训练师培训制度与实境考核在临床护士保持护理操作规范化中的作用。方法采用整群随机抽样法抽取我院临床科室40个,分为实验组和对照组,每组20个科室,护士人数分别为242人和248人。实验组通过选拔培训技能训练师,由技能训练师培训本科室护士;对照组由考核小组分组培训。2组分别于培训后立即、3个月进行实境考核,观察2组护士在临床工作中护理操作规范化的保持程度。结果2组护士在培训后立即及培训后3个月时,实境考核得分比较差异均有统计学意义,如氧气吸入的考核得分2组比较t值分别为14.71和37.50。2组护士在培训考核方式、同行认同、临床操作能力三方面综合评分比较实验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论技能训练师培训制度与实境考核可使临床护士保持操作规范化。提高临床操作能力,在同行中被认可,有效提升护士职业价值感,保障患者安全。
Objective The purpose of the research was to investigate the effects of skills trainer train- ing system and reality check in keeping the standardization of clinic nurse operation. Methods B y using cluster random sampling method, 40 clinic departments of our hospital were extracted and divided into the experimental group and the control group. Each group included 20 departments, and the numbers of nurses were 242 and 248. In the experimental group, skills trainers were selected to train nurses in their own de- partments. In the control group, the assessment team did the training in groups. Reality check were done at once and 3 months after the training. The standardization of nurse operation was observed. Results The reality check scores of the 2 groups had remarkable difference instantly afer and 3 months after the training, for example, t values for oxygen intake were 14.71 and 37.50. In training mode,peer identity and clinic op- eration capacity,the comprehensive scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusions Skills trainer training system and reality check can keep standardization of nurse operation and improve clinic skills. It helps nurses to be recognized in the peer, enhances their occupation value and ensures the safety of patients.
