摘要
目的了解经皮冠状动脉介入（PCI）术后患者戒烟失败的原因。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法，根据访谈提纲深入了解15例PCI术后患者戒烟失败的原因，并使用内容分析法分析其戒烟历程。结果PCI术后患者戒烟失败的原因可概括为以下4个主题：心理懈怠、自我安慰、外因障碍、借力失败。结论PCI术后患者戒烟是一个漫长而艰难的过程，护士应重视其戒烟失败的原因，提供全方位多层次的戒烟指导。
Objective To explore the results of smoking cessation failures in cardiovascular patients after percutaneous coronary intervention. Methods The qualitative phenomenological research method was adopted in this study. Self-structured in-depth interviews were conducted with 15 cardiovascular patients after percutaneous coronary intervention. Data were analyzed by content analysis. Results Four themes were extracted including mental slack, self comfort, external obstacle, the failure of external force. Conclusions The course of smoking abstinence in cardiovascular patients after percutaneous coronary intervention was long and hard. Nurses should pay attention to those people and provide comprehensive and multilevel measures.
