康惠尔水胶体敷料在大便失禁患者皮肤保护中的应用

The application of Comfeel hydrocolloid in skin protection of patients with fecal incontinence

目的探讨康惠尔水胶体在大便失禁患者肛周皮肤保护中的应用效果。方法将100例肛周皮肤完整的大便失禁患者按人院顺序随机分为对照组和观察组各50例，对照组采用鞣酸软膏处理法，观察组采用康惠尔水胶体处理法。观察两组患者肛周皮肤损伤发生的时间、损伤面积及肛周皮肤损伤发生隋况。结果观察组大便失禁患者肛周皮肤损伤发生时间迟于对照组[（3．31±0．13）d比（1．06±0．83）d，t=5．70，差异有统计学意义]，损伤面积小于对照组[（6．86±1．83）m^2比（3．56±0．18）m^2,t=5．94，差异有统计学意义]，肛周皮肤损伤发生率低于对照组[30％（15／50）比100％（50／50）,x^2=14．74，差异有统计学意义]。结论康惠尔水胶体能有效预防大便失禁患者皮肤损伤的发生，减轻患者疼痛，促进病情康复。

Objective To observe the application of Comfeel hydrocolloid in skin protection of pa- tients with fecal incontinence. Methods 100 patients with fecal incontinence but with intact skin were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 50 cases in each group. The control group adopted the tannic acid ointment treatment, the observation group used Comfeel hydrocolloid pro- eessing method. The occurring time, damaged area and degree of crissum skin damage were compared be- tween two groups of patients. Results The happening time of crissum skin damage in the observation group was later than that of the control group [（3.31±0.13） d vs. （1.06±0.83） d, t=5.70], the damaged area was smaller [（6.86±1.83） m^2 vs. （3.56±0.18） m^2, t=5.94], and the incidence rate of crissum skin damage was lower [ 30%（15/50） vs. 100%（50/50）,x^2=14.74 ]. Conclusions Comfeel hydrocolloid can effectively pre- vent the happening of the patients with fecal incontinence skin lesions, relieve patients＇ pain and promote disease rehabilitation.
