医用高压水枪冲洗在宫腔吸引管预处理中的应用效果评价

Function of medical high pressure water jet grout on preconditioning of uterine cavity aspiration tube

目的改进宫腔吸引管的预处理方式，提高宫腔吸引管的清洗质量。方法根据宫腔吸引管预处理方式的不同分别设置3组：A组传统方式、B组现在方式、C组改进方式。用目测和隐血试验比较其清洗质量。结果经人工流产室预处理再经消毒供应中心清洗后的6号和7号宫腔吸引管目测阳性率（矿值分别为16A89和17．267）、隐血试验阳性率比较（酽值分别为60．534和55．558），C组均低于A组和B组，3组整体阳性情况分布比较差异有统计学意义。结论流动水冲洗、医用高压水枪冲洗配合酶液浸泡预处理后宫腔吸引管的清洗效果最佳，保证了初步去污的效果，为最终的清洗质量奠定了基础，是一种值得推广的宫腔吸引管的预处理方式。

Objective To optimize the preconditioning method of uterine cavity aspiration tube and to elevate the cleaning quality of it. Methods Three groups were set up according to the preconditioning methods of uterine cavity aspiration tube. Group A adopted traditional method, Group B used modern method and Group C chose improved method. The cleaning quality of three groups were compared with the methods of visual inspection and occult blood test. Results Cleaned again by the Disinfection and Supply Center after preconditioning of induced abortion room, the visual inspection positive rates （x^2=16.489, 17.267） and the oectdt blood test positive rates （x^2=60.534,55.558） of No. 6 ＆ No.7 uterine cavity aspiration tube in Group C were obviously lower than those in Group A and Group B, the general positive distribution had sig- nificant difference. Conclusions Preconditioning with flowing water scrubbing and medical high pres- sure water jet flushing combined with enzyme solution soaking resulted in best cleaning effect of uterine cavity aspiration tube, it ensured the quality of preliminary decontamination and settled the foundation of final cleaning quality. It is a kind of preconditioning method of uterine cavity aspiration tube worthy of being recommended.
