文章分析了生物医药产业基地内公共创新服务平台的主要功能,给出了生物医药产业基地内公共创新服务平台的通用架构及其网络服务平台的基本框架。该架构包括公共研发平台、产业化平台、公共服务平台、基础条件平台等四个平台。生物医药产业基地内网络服务平台为"四横两纵"结构:"四横"自底向上依次为基础设施层、数据资源库层、应用支撑技术层、应用服务层;"两纵"分别为安全保障体系和标准规范体系。

This article analyzes the main functions of Public Innovative Platform in Bio-pharmaceutical Industry,and offers its the general framework and network-based serving platform.The general framework includes four subplatforms：public researching platform,industrializing platform,public serving platform and basic condition platform.The network-based serving platform includes four levels：infrastructure level,data resource level,supporting technology level and application level,with the support of safe system and criterion system.
