摘要 当前行政管理专业课程体系的调整和变革成为各高校积极探讨的问题。通过对台湾高校行政管理本科专业课程设置现状的实证分析,得出三个结论:台湾高校行政管理专业课程教学体系基本一致,但各部分课程分布差异明显;专业必修课程呈复合型、跨学科性特征,各高校课程设置各有侧重;样本高校专业必修课程设置差异明显。基于研究结论进而建议大陆地区行政管理专业课程设置应与社会需求相结合,注重复合型、应用型特征。 The adjustment and reform of the curriculum system of administrative management major is actively explored in the universities,so we make an empirical analysis on the curriculum status of administrative management major in Taiwan universities.There are three conclusions:the first is that the curriculum system of administrative management major in Taiwan universities is consistent basically,but the distribution of each part of the course is markedly different.The second is that the curriculum is complex and interdisciplinary with different emphasis in the curriculum.The third is that the curriculum provision of required courses in Taiwan universities is obviously different.Based on the conclusions,the curriculum of administrative management major in Mainland universities should be combined with social demand,and pay attention to the features of compound mode and application mode.
