摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定盐酸羟甲唑啉滴鼻液的含量。方法:采用Diamonsil ODS C18柱(4.6 mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-三乙胺-磷酸(500∶450∶5∶1.5),流速为1.0 mL·min^-1,检测波长279 nm,柱温25℃,进样量10μL。结果:盐酸羟甲唑啉在0.051-1.023 mg·mL^-1(r=1.000)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.8%,RSD为1.2%(n=9)。结论:本方法简便准确,重复性好,能有效控制盐酸羟甲唑啉滴鼻液的质量。
Objective: To develop High Performance Liquid Chromatography( HPLC) method for the determination of Oxymetazoline Hydrochloride Nasal Drops. Methods: A Diamonsil C18column( 4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) was used with a mobile phase consisting of methanol-water-triethylamine-phosphoric acid( 500∶ 450∶ 5∶ 1. 5,v / v) at a flow rate of 1. 0 mL·min^-1. The detection wavelength was set at 279 nm,and the column temperature was 25 ℃. Results: The liner range of Oxymetazoline Hydrochloride was 0. 0512 - 1. 023 mg·mL^-1. The average recovery of Oxymetazoline Hydrochloride was 99. 8%( RSD = 1. 2%,n = 9). Conclusion: The method can be used to control the quality of Oxymetazoline Hydrochloride Nasal Drops which provides the advantage of quickness,simplicity and repeatability.
