摘要
医院信息系统是以病人信息为核心,以数据库为主要存储方式的系统,从而实现病人信息和医院运营数据的无纸化和无胶片化。建设一套成功的医院信息系统,能将医院运营层、管理层和决策层的各级医护管理人员从繁琐的的手工操作中解放出来,促进医院运营现代化、管理科学化,实现向低成本、高效率的模式转变。医院信息系统的建设产出的事隐性效益,往往存在定位不准、重视程度不够、缺乏整体规划等问题,文章主要阐述我院信息系统的建设历程与应用体会,与各位共同探讨。
Hospital information system is based on patient information as the core, the system mainly storage mode based ondatabase, so as to realize non paper patient information and hospital operation data and non film. Building a successful hospitalinformation system, to liberate the hospital operation layer, management layer and decision layer at all levels of health caremanagement personnel from tedious manual operation, and promote the modernization of hospital operation, scientific management,to realize the mode transition of low cost, high efficiency. Things implicit benefit of hospital information system construction output,there are often inaccurate orientation, attention degree is not enough, the lack of overall planning and other issues, this paper mainlydiscusses the experience and application process of the construction of information system in our hospital, to discuss with you.
