免疫印渍技术诊断两种类型卫氏并殖吸虫病的初步研究

摘要 应用免疫印渍法观察比较了两种类型卫氏并殖吸虫成虫抗原多肽与卫氏并殖吸虫病人(感染3n)、华支睾吸虫病人、日本血吸虫病人和健康人血清反应的结果。3n 肺吸虫病人血清识别3n 成虫抗原中分子量为38、27、23、22、17.5和17kD 的多肽;2n 成虫多肽检测3n 病人血清,仅22kD 多肽为两型所共有。53、34和20kD 多肽为2n 型所独具。表明本法以3n(或2n)成虫蛋白为抗原,可以区别诊断两类型卫氏并殖吸虫感染。华支睾吸虫病人血清和日本血吸虫病人血清分别识别出17和16kD 多肽及22kD 多肽,提示卫氏并殖吸虫与另两种吸虫间有共同抗原成分。 The sera of patients with Paragonimus westermani and other parasitic diseases were tested by immuno-- blotting technique for their reaetivities with polypeptides in two forms of Paragonimus westermani adult worms.The results showed that two specific bands with the molecular weight of 38 kD and 17.5 kD occurred in the patients with Paragonimus westermani.No reactions were observed in normal human sera.It shows the potential of applying these antigenic proteins to serodiagnosis of two forms of paragonimiasis.Only 17kD and 22kD bands in the same patients with Paragonimus westermani were shared by the sera of patients with Clonorchis sineneis and Schistosoma japonicum.
