摘要
以阜新矿区白榆树种为对象,采用盆栽控水法人工模拟水分胁迫,对不同水分胁迫下白榆叶片的生化特性进行了试验研究,结果表明:白榆上、中、下部叶片叶绿素含量随着干旱程度的增加都呈降低的变化,但是变化比较平稳;可溶性蛋白含量和可溶性糖含量随着干旱程度的增加呈现稳步上升趋势。
Taking Ulmus pumila in mining area of Fuxin City as object ,biochemical characteristics of the leaves for Ulmus pumila were studied under different water stress by using the pot‐cultured method for controlling water . Result shows that chlorophyll content of upper ,middle ,lower part of leaves for Ulmus pumila decrease with the in‐crease of the degree of drought ,with the ranges being steady ;the content of soluble sugar & soluble protein increase steadily with the increase of the degree of the drought .
