摘要 精炼炉在冶炼过程中会引起电能质量下降,产生大量谐波。以杭钢2台7000 k VA精炼炉为例,对精炼炉产生的谐波电流、功率因数进行分析,确定TCR的容量,基波无功补偿容量,滤波电容器安装容量和相关参数。通过对系统进行动态无功补偿,达到提高功率因数,降低谐波的目的。 Refining furnaces can cause decline of electricity quality and produce largeamount of harmonics during operation. The harmonic current and power factor created by refiningfurnace were analyzed and the capacity of TCR, capacity of the reactive power compensationof fundamental wave, installation capacity and related parameters of the filter capacitorwere determined, taking the two 7000 kVA furnaces of Hangzhou Steel as an example. Theobjective of increasing the power factor and reducing harmonics has been reached through dynamicreactive compensation of the system.
