Analysis and Treatment of Vacuum Abrupt Dropping in the 50MW Steam Turbine Unit

围绕某厂50 MW南汽机组近几年来在低温季节容易出现急剧跌真空现象,从机组空气系统、轴封汽系统以及射水泵选型等方面逐步查找,分析了汽机在正常运行中导致真空突然降低可能出现的原因,确定了相应的处理办法,有效地消除了这一现象。

Regarding the problem of vacuum abrupt dropping occurring in a 50 MWsteam turbine during cold seasons in recent years, the possible causes of vacuum abruptdropping during normal operation of steam turbine were analyzed from the aspects of the airsystem, shaft sealing steam system and the types of water-jet pump. Corresponding treatmentmeasures were drawn up, which effectively solved the problem.
