摘要 为提高烧结机余热利用效率,解决烧结环冷机的漏风问题,日钢环冷机采用了磁性密封技术,环冷机漏风率降低22%以上,余热回收废气温度提高50℃左右,烧结矿冷却效果明显改善,发电效率提高17%以上,年创效益1830多万元,为工序能耗的降低提供了有力保障。 To improve the efficiency of sintering waste heat utilization and solve theproblem of air leakage in the sinter ring cooler, magnetic sealing technology was adopted inthe circular cooler of Rizhao Steel, which reduced the air leakage by more than 22%, in-creased the temperature of recovered waste gas by about 50℃, significantly improved thecooling effect of sinter, raised the power generation efficiency by more than 17%, created anannual economic benefit of more than CNY 0.183 million and provided strong guarantee forreduction of process energy consumption.
