俄国著名民族学家史禄国的《通古斯人的心智丛》是萨满教研究史上里程碑式的著作。它不仅改变了以往的萨满教心理学研究趋向,把萨满教研究引入民族学领域,而且率先对萨满教"精神病理说"提出挑战,他在ethnos理论框架中提出"心智丛"这一概念,并将其运用到对通古斯人萨满教的民族志研究之中,开创了在历史—功能的语境中对萨满教进行理解和说明的范例。

PsychomentalComplexoftheTunguswritten by Russian Ethnologist S.M.Shirokogoroff is an important work in the history of Shamaism study. This work not only changed Shamaism study from the vision of psychology, challeged the“psychopathology of Shamaism”,but also introduced it into the field of Ethnology. S.M.Shirokogoroff put forward“psychomental complex”in the frame of ethnos theory,and applied it into the eth？nographic investigation of Shamanism,created the paradigm of Shamaism study in the context of“History—Function”.
