大型木模结构在贯流式机组流道施工中的应用

Application of Large Wood-Pattern Structures in the Runner Construction of Bulb Turbine Units

贯流式机组常用于低水头的水电站,这种机组安装方式在越南还是首次,而对于这种特点的机组,流道采用钢模板加工,成本较高,且很难重复利用。一般针对这种情况,从工程成本控制来说,采用木模施工,在满足施工进度要求下施工灵活性较高,而且从成本方面可以节省很多。

Bulb turbine units are often used for hydropower stations with low waterheads. And it is the first time to install bulb turbine units in Vietnam. But these machines are high in cost and difficult to be reused as their runners are processed through sheet steel forms. Upon this, the application of wood patterns can make the construction more flexible and largely reduce the costs without affecting the construction schedule.
