二维、三维螺杆定子热力耦合有限元模型对比分析

摘要 针对螺杆钻具定转子热力耦合工况的复杂多变、三维有限元模型耦合分析建模复杂、计算量大、效率低下等问题,该文同时建立了二维与三维螺杆马达动态仿真模型,利用单向解耦的方法的对二者在相同条件下的热力耦合工况进行对比分析,结果发现,三维模型的计算结果与二维模型相差无异,可以利用二维模型来代替三维模型对螺杆马达进行有限元分析以提高工作效率。 In order to overcome the problems such as the complexity of thermal mechanical coupling of screw stator and rotator, and the complexity of 3-D finite element model thermal coupling analysis and the large volume of calculation and low efficiency, we set up 2D and 3-D screw motor dynamic simulation model, by means of single-direction decoupling, we carried out comparative analysis. The comparison result shows that the result of 2D model is similar to that of 3-D model. Therefore the 2-D model can replace the 3-D model to implement such analysis which can raise the working efficiency.
