摘要
光学相干层析成像(OCT)是一种非侵入的、新颖的、无损的、高分辨率医学成像技术,能够提供生物组织的微观结构信息,主要用于眼科诊断,可以获得清晰的视网膜的横截面图像。本文设计一套基于光纤的频域OCT系统,衰减小,抗干扰能力强,分辨率达到7.9μm,利用这套系统,我们获得了较高质量的小鼠眼底图像。
Optical coherence Tomography (OCT) is a kind of non-invasive, novel, non-destructive medical imaging technology with high resolution which can provide microstructure information of biological tissue to generat clear cross-sectional images of retina for ophthalmic diagnose. The author has designed an OTC system based on optical fiber frequency featuring small attenuation, strong anti-interference with a resolution of 7.9μm. As a result, high quality images of mice eye have been obtained.
