基于集约化管理的煤炭企业信息化建设研究

Study on the Construction of informatization of Coal Enterprises Based on Intensive Management

本文针对煤炭企业物资管理粗放式管理模式导致的资源分散、效率低、缺乏管控等问题,提出通过信息化手段推进物资管理由粗放型向集约型转变,增强物资管理的规模效益、运转效益与保障能力,全面提升煤炭企业物资管理的整体水平。对基于集约化管理的煤炭企业信息化建设策略进行分析,展望成功实施物资管理信息系统建设能够带来的效益。

Aiming at the problems of resource dispersion, low efficiency and lacking of management resulted by the extensive material management mode in coal industrial enterprises, we propose a suggestion to transform the material management mode from extensive management to intensive management by means of informatization platform, so as to enhance the scale benefit, operational benefit as well as guaranteeing ability to raise the integral management level of the coal industry. The paper also analyzes the strategy for the construction of informatization management in coal industries and puts forward the prospect of efficiency resulted by the construction of informatization management.
