摘要
高校是为社会培养人才的重要基地,对大学生的综合素质进行全面培养是高校的主要任务。近年来,大学生体质下降已成为明显的事实,在校期间提高学生的体质成为体育教育工作的重心。运动处方教学模式是根据学生的身体特征量身定制的体育训练与教学模式,意在提高学生的体质,实现学生身心的健康发展。本文将运动处方教学模式运用于红拳教学中,通过实验教学与对比,探讨运动处方教学模式对学生体质的影响,为运动处方教学模式的制定和学生体质的提高做出贡献。
Colleges and Universities are cradles to foster and cultivate talents for the society and its major task is to fully develop and enhance the students’ comprehensive quality. The decrease in students’ physical fitness has been a naked fact recently. And so it is crucial to promote the physical health of the students in physical education. The exercise prescription teaching mode is an athletic training and teaching model tailored for students’ bodily characteristics, which intends to enhance students’ physical fitness and ensure that students are well-developed mentally and physically. The paper studies how the exercise prescription teaching mode influences students’ physical fitness and intends to make some contributions to the formulation of the former and the improvement of the latter through experiment and comparison between the exercise prescription teaching mode and the teaching of Shaanxi Hongquan Boxing.
