南宁市重点发展近郊林业的几点思考

南宁市不可逆转的城市快速发展必然带来既有的城区林业功能不足问题。市场机制配置资源不可能对林业发展提供优先发展的机遇,林业发展应主动适应城市快速发展的需要,把城市近郊森林建设成与城市空间格局、环境格局相结合,体系完善的系统;并因地制宜,突出郊区森林建设,把郊区森林纳入生态网络。让拥挤的城市有一个缓冲区,让几近爆炸的城市人口有一个调节、放松、休闲、减压的更大空间,有效提升城市的品位,重点建设郊区几个森林系统。最终把南宁市建成生态文明的现代化大都市。

The rapid development of Nanning city irreversible inevitably brings about problems of urban forestry insufficiency .Market mechanisms to allocate resources are unlikely to provide an op‐portunity for the development of forestry priority ,forestry development should take the initiative to adapt to the rapid development of the city ,the outskirts of the city into a forest construction of urban spatial structure , a city with sound environment pattern system combined with local conditions , prominent suburb forest construction ,the outskirts of forests in ecological networks which allow crowded cities to have a buffer so that explosive urban population will have more adjustable ,leisurely relaxing space ,effectively enhancing the status of the city by focusing on building the outskirts of sev‐eral forest system .Nanning will eventually be built into a modern metropolis of ecological civilization .
