人事绩效评估系统的构建探讨

摘要 随着社会经济的快速发展,我国的企业在市场经济背景之下也迎来了发展的机遇,但同时也面临着激烈的市场竞争。因此企业唯有不断加快自身进步的脚步才能够在竞争中脱颖而出。企业的人事绩效评估是企业引领人才发展战略、筛选优秀人才、建构企业文化和价值观的重要途径。企业只有重视员工的绩效评估,才能够在企业发展中少走弯路,才能够不断提升自身的综合实力。因此本文主要是针对目前在企业员工绩效评估的现状进行分析,指出其中存在的误区,从而提出了如何构建有效的企业人事绩效评估系统。
