摘要
职业核心能力培养在我国内地高等职业教育中得到推广,台湾地区高等职业教育推行通识教育,将职业核心能力的培养融入通识教育。两岸在职业核心能力培养上都存在学问化教育倾向,脱离具体工作情境,以知识的传授代替能力的养成。海峡两岸高等职业教育职业核心能力的培养要融入完整的工作过程中去,紧密结合专业能力培养。
Vocational core competency is to be promotion in higher vocational education in China's Mainland; while it has been accepted into general education which was implemented in Taiwan's. Certain tendency towards knowledge is existing in the cultivation of Vocational core competency on both sides of the Taiwan straits. Development of Vocational core competency in higher occupation education should be integrated into complete working process.
