摘要
根据"2011计划"协同创新要求,提出"校企协同"人才培养,并探讨其实现机制:对于动力机制,各协同体知识特色是协同体组建动力。对于选择机制,认为协同体选择应该是先验的,应该组建"大学里的企业"和"企业里的大学"。对于风险机制,认为协同各方有义务开辟专门的校企人才培养领域、并建立完善的风险共担机制。对于管理机制,认为需要建立人才培养的校企协同组织,充分放开校企各方知识交流的通道,重新界定人才培养考核体系,建立具备持续供给能力的人才资助体系。
the concept of"university-enterprise collaboration talents education"is constructed under the guidance of "2011 plan". Some of its mechanisms are also discussed in this paper: as for the dynamic mechanism,the knowledge features are the dynamics for collaboration formation; as for the selection mechanism,this paper thinks the selection should be proactive,and the status"enterprise in university"and"university in enterprise"should be formed; as for risk mechanism,this paper thinks the parties of collaboration should explore specific university-enterprise talents education sites,and should form complete risk-taking mechanism; as for management mechanism,this paper concludes the parties should construction specific talents organization,open the knowledge communication channels among all parties,reset talents assessment system,and construct sustainable subsidiaries for talents education.
