湖光岩玛珥湖叶绿素a与水质因子的相关分析及富营养化评价 被引量:5

Correlation Analysis between Chlorophylla and Water Quality Indices in Huguangyan Maar Lake and Its Eutrophication Evaluation

摘要 2013年1~12月对湖光岩玛珥湖水体的叶绿素a和水质因子进行周年的逐月监测,探讨叶绿素a与水质因子的相关关系,并应用修正的卡尔森营养状态指数(TSI)对该湖泊的营养状态进行分析评价。结果表明,湖光岩玛珥湖水体叶绿素a含量的变化范围为1.08~4.22μg·L-1。氮磷比年均值为20.9,磷为营养限制因子,氮、磷共同限制浮游植物的生长。影响叶绿素a含量的主动因子与叶绿素a之间的Pearson相关系数大小关系为:r(NH4+-N)〉r(DO)〉r(NO2--N)〉r(TP)〉r(TN)〉r(NO3--N),其中NH4+-N与叶绿素a含量呈极显著正相关,r(NH4+-N)=0.907,NH4+-N为调控该湖泊浮游植物生长最关键的水质因子。水体TSI值的全年变化范围为34.6~48.0,其中1、2、3月的TSI〈37,属贫营养型; The monthly monitoring data for chlorophyll-a and other water quality parameters in the Huguangyan Maar Lake from January to December in 2013 was collected in oder to explore the correlation between chlorophyll-a and water quality parameters and to analyze and evaluate the nutritional states of the lake by using modified carlson trophic state index.. The results showed that the content of chlorophyll-a varied between the range of 1.08-4.22 μg·L-1. The ratio of N/P for annual average was 20.9,which indicated that Phosphorus was a nutrient limiting factor.But both N and P were limiting factors of nutrition based on the absolute value of N and P. The Pearson correlation coefficient between chlorophyll-a and other water quality parameters was as follows: r(NH4+-N)〉r(DO) 〉r(NO2--N)〉 r(TP) 〉r(TN) 〉r(NO3--N).The NH4+-N were very significant positive correlation with the content of chlorophyll-a(r = 0.907) whichsuggested that NH4+-N was the most critical water quality parameter which regulating the lake phytoplankton growth. Water TSI value ranged from 34.6 to48.0.TSI value were Less than 37 in January, February, March, which belonged to oligonucleotides nutrient. In other months, TSI value varied between 38 and 53,which belonged to medium nutrient. From the point of distribution throughout the year, Huguangyan Maar Lake belonged to oligonucleotides- medium.
