摘要
通过对国家粮食安全新战略的认识,分析了口粮安全存在的问题,提出了保障口粮安全的对策,探讨了河南作为粮食主产区对保障我国口粮安全的作用和责任。
The paper analyzes the problems in the security of food rations through an awareness of the new strategy for national food security. It proposes the countermeasures to protect the safety of food rations and discusses the roles and responsibilities Henan Province bears as the major grain producing area in China.
