"闲房"是一个古今常用词,在历史文献中有"静室"和"空闲的房间"两常见义。文章结合其历代使用情况,认为"闲房"的"空闲的房间"义是由"静室"义引申而来。
＂Xian Fang＂expressing＂unoccupied house＂ or ＂quiet house＂is a everyday expression of Chinese.Based on the ancient literature,the paper argues that the meaning of ＂unoccupied house＂ is extended from the meaning of＂quiet house＂.
