农村信息环境综合评价体系研究

A Probe on the Comprehensive Evaluation System of Rural Information Environment

综述了国内外信息化水平的测度方法和体系,以此为引导,探讨了影响农村信息环境的关键因素,在此基础上从信息人才、信息技术、信息资源和政策等方面构建了农村信息环境评价指标体系。通过因子分析方法对全国和安徽省的农村信息环境水平进行了实证研究,并根据三个角度所分析的实证结果,最后揭示出了农村信息环境建设的优化途径。

Based on the overall literature review at home and abroad about the measurement methods and systems of informationization standards, this paper analyzes the key factors affecting the rural information environment, and the corresponding evaluation index system from the aspects of information talents, technology,resources and policies is established. Besides, this paper, adopting the factor analysis method, makes an empirical research on national and Anhui＇s rural information environment conditions. On the basis of the results, some optimization approaches to rural information environment construction are put forward.
