姬塬油田集输系统防垢模式的评价 被引量:2

摘要 姬塬油田的樊学区块由于各层系地层水配伍性差,导致集输系统结垢严重,直接影响到原油正常生产。为保障油田集输系统平稳运行,采用以工艺法防垢为主,化学、物理法防除垢为辅的综合清防垢体系,逐步形成了原油分层集输、分层处理、净化油合层输送、采出水分层回注的工艺模式,结垢治理取得了较大成效。针对近两年姬塬油田防垢的现场应用情况及效果分析,评价防垢体系的应用效果,结果表明现场防垢取得较大成效,经济效益明显。 Poor compatibility of formation water in the different strata in Fanxue Area of JiYuan Oilfield resulted in serious scale forming in the transport and gathering system,which directly hindered the normal production of crude oil.Aimed at ensuring the smooth operation of the system,the complex scale preventing and removing mode,consisting of the technology for preventing scale and the chemical and physical ways of removing scale,was adopted,and the effective technological process for stratified gathering and transport of crude oil,stratified processing,unstratified transport of purified oil and stratified reinjection of produced water was gradually developed.On the basis of its field application in JiYuan Oilfield and the analysis and evaluation of its effects in the past two years,the technological process proved to be workable and therefore possessed a broad application prospect.
