含气率变化对轴流式油汽混输泵轴应力的影响

摘要 研究主要针对因含气率的变化而对YQH-100型轴流式油汽混输泵的泵轴产生的应力应变进行分析,使用Flunent软件对混输泵的流场进行分析,再将处理结果通过Workbench的静力分析模块耦合到轴上,可以得到随含气率的变化泵轴上的应力应变分布,为以后的混输泵轴的校核起到指导作用。 Due to the complexity of transmission media,the shaft of a multiphase pump not only transfers power,but also withstands stress of bending,torsion,fatigue,etc.The stress and strain of the YQH-100axial-flow oil-gas multiphase pump shaft,generated by the changes of the air rate,was researched.The software Flunent was adopted for the analysis of the multiphase pump flow field,the processed result were coupled to the shaft through the Workbench static analysis module,and then the distribution of stress and strain on the shaft with the changes of the air rate was obtained,which served a guiding function of checking the multiphase pump shaft.
