摘要
C1701空气压缩机是热电联合车间的重要设备,使用过程中由于频繁出现高速轴振动报警,影响了正常生产。为了保证空压机稳定运行,根据C1701空气压缩机高速轴振动的情况,对可能引起振动的各种因素进行了分析,得出转子不平衡是导致高速轴振动的主要原因,并根据实际应用情况提出更换设备、清除积垢、过滤网处理等改造方案。现场运行表明,处理后振动明显降低,无故障工作时间显著提高,有效延长了机组的安全稳定运行周期,取得了显著的经济效益。
The C1701 air compressor is an essential equipment of the combined heat and power workshop and frequent alarm signals due to the high-speed axle vibration interrupt normal production.The factors which cause the high-speed axle vibration of the C1701 air compressor were analyzed,the results showed that the imbalance of the rotor was the main cause of the high-speed axle vibration,the modification scheme for replacing the equipment,removing deposit and processing the filter was proposed.The field operation of the compressor showed that vibration decreased significantly and working time without interruption increased significantly after the improvement.The safe and stable operation cycle of the unit was extended and remarkable economic results had been achieved.
