资源采掘业城市生态文明评价指标体系研究——以东营市为例

On Ecological Civilization Evaluation Index System of Cities with Extractive Industries Based on Dongying

为了更好地建设东营市生态文明,研究从东营市的经济、自然环境和社会环境3个方面,建立了生态文明评价体系和评价方法,同时通过对东营市的特色产业石油、农业和其他产业的要素分析,选取25个指标构建了评价指标体系,得出不同生态主题的实现程度。通过评价体系所得出的东营市总体生态文明的实现度处于比较低的水平,并以此为据进行改进,对东营市建设更高水平的生态文明提出可靠有效的建议。

The construction of ecological civilization cities has become popular,which is an inevitable choice for the development of industrial civilization.Aimed at the improvement of ecological civilization city of Dongying,the method for constructing the ecological civilization evaluation system was researched mainly from the standpoint of economic,natural and social factors.By analyzing the factors of characteristic industries in Dongying,such as oil industry,agriculture,other industries,25 indices were selected to construct the evaluation index system and the realization degree of different themes was obtained.The results showed that the realization of the overall ecological civilization of Dongying was at a low level.And some effective recommendations were offered for the construction of a higher level of ecological civilization of Dongying.
