摘要 本文通过对建筑业相关专利技术进行技术分解,利用关键词检索的方法在中国国家知识产权局专利数据库中对建筑业专利进行检索。对1366件检索所得专利从数量、时间、类型以及申请主体等方面进行统计分析,本文得出以下结论:(1)建筑业专利申请没有受到组织及个人的重视,组织及个人的知识产权保护意识淡薄;(2)建筑业技术生命周期处于技术发展期,专利总量在大幅增长,组织及个人的知识产权意识逐渐增强;(3)建筑企业是建筑业专利申请活动的主体,知识产权的主要拥有者,产业技术进步的主要推动者;(4)企业需要完善知识产权管理机制,实施知识产权战略,将知识产权贯穿企业技术创新的全过程,从而推动企业知识产权工作快速发展。 This article is a preliminary study of the patent status in construction industry of China,which has taken the information retrieval and statistical analysis as its crucial methods. It first retrieved 1366 construction industry related patents in the State Intellectual Property Office of P. R. C database. And then it chose the application time,application type and patent right subjects as the main indicators to carry out the statistical analysis of the patents retrieved. The results as are follows:( 1) Construction patent application has not been of great importance to organizations and individuals,which of the weak awareness of IPR.( 2) Construction technology life cycle is in technology development period,there is a substantial increase in the total amount of patent,organizations and individuals gradually increase awareness of IPR.( 3) Building construction enterprises are the main activities of the patent application,the major owners of intellectual property rights,and the main promoter of industrial technology progress.( 4) Companies need to improve the IPR management mechanism,to implement intellectual property strategy throughout the entire business process of technological innovation,so as to promote the rapid development of enterprise intellectual property rights.
