摘要
分析电网自愈控制机制及特点,对提升电网自愈控制能力的关键技术研究情况进行综述,包括基于广域相量的测量技术、多代理技术、量化分析技术、快速仿真技术和灾害预警技术。分析国内外自愈控制系统的三种架构及主要功能研究情况。从三道防线的角度,讨论自愈控制策略。通过介绍上海电网自愈备投工程,揭示自愈系统在提高供电可靠性、提升电网运行效率方面的优越性。结合上海自身需求和电网特点,指出其自愈控制发展方向。
The mechanism and characteristics of the grid self-healing control are analyzed in this paper,and the key technologies to improve self-healing control are reviewed,including the wide-area phasor measurement technology,multi-agent technology,quantitative analysis technology,rapid simulation technology and disaster warning technology.Analysis is also made on three kinds of architecture and main function research of selfhealing control system at home and abroad.From the perspective of three defence lines,the self-healing control strategy is discussed.By introducing the self-healing project in Shanghai power grid,it reveals the advantages of self-healing system in improving power supply reliability,and enhancing the grid operation efficiency.Then in combination with the requirements and characteristics of Shanghai power grid,the self-healing control development trend is pointed out.
